Two boys drowned in a rainwater-filled underpass at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday in Delhi. The police speculate the deaths were caused by drowning. The underpass was flooded with 2.5-3 feet of water. The fire brigade recovered the boys' bodies. This incident remains under investigation.
