'Priyanka Chopra's Family Leases Pune Bungalow to Co-Living Firm
Priyanka Chopra, a prominent real estate investor, recently made headlines when her family leased their bungalow in Pune, India, to The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited. The co-living and co-working firm entered into a Leave and Licence agreement with Priyanka's mother, Madhu Chopra, and brother, Siddharth Chopra.

According to property records accessed by Zapkey, the bungalow is situated in the upscale Koregaon Park neighborhood. It boasts a significant land area of 3754 square feet, with a built-up area of 2180 square feet on the ground floor alone. Additionally, it features a spacious garden spanning 2232 square feet and a basement area of 950 square feet. The property also includes a dedicated parking space of 400 square feet.
The lease agreement stipulates a security deposit of Rs 6 lakhs, translating to approximately US$8,000. The monthly rent has been fixed at Rs 2.06 lakhs, or approximately US$2,800.
Priyanka and Nick Jonas Return to Renovated Los Angeles Home
Meanwhile, news surfaced that Priyanka Chopra and her husband, Nick Jonas, have returned to their sprawling Los Angeles mansion, which had undergone extensive renovations.
