According to sources, the team is simultaneously filming the action portions featuring Dhanush and Nagarjuna. The video captures a cameraman secured by ropes and an individual guiding him to maintain a specific position.
About Kubera
The film, starring Dhanush as the protagonist, is a political drama in which the actor portrays a homeless individual residing in Dharavi who transforms into a formidable mafia lord.
Kubera, directed by Sekhar Kammula, has already completed a 10-day filming schedule in Mumbai. Stars Dhanush and Rashmika Mandanna were spotted filming during that period.
The cast list also includes prominent actors Jim Sarbh, Dalip Tahil, and Saurav Khurana, who are said to have significant roles in the film.
Dhanush's Upcoming Projects
In addition to Kubera, Dhanush is eagerly anticipating the release of his directorial debut, Raayan, described as an adrenaline-pumping action thriller. The film features an array of talented actors, including Selvaraghavan, S J Suryah, and numerous others.
Rumors suggest that Nithya Menen will play a crucial role in Raayan, marking her second collaboration with Dhanush after their critically acclaimed performance in Mithran R. Jawahar's Thiruchitrambalam.
Dhanush will also appear in an Ilaiyaraaja biopic directed by Arun Matheswaran. The film, produced by Connekkt Media, PK Prime Production, and Mercuri Movies, will feature maestro Ilaiyaraaja's own musical compositions.
