Bollywood megastar Aamir Khan has reportedly acquired an exclusive property in Mumbai's affluent Pali Hills neighborhood. This upscale building is valued at a staggering ₹9.75 crore, as per property records obtained by SquareYards.com.

The property, measuring approximately 1,027 square feet, is situated in Bella Vista Apartments, renowned for its serene surroundings and verdant landscapes. Notably, Khan already possesses ownership of nine units within this residential complex. Additionally, his former spouses, Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao, reside in the same complex, which is slated for renovation.

On the professional front, Khan recently starred in the Hindi remake of Forrest Gump, titled Laal Singh Chaddha. The film, directed by Advait Chandan, featured a renowned cast including Kareena Kapoor, Mona Singh, Manav Vij, and Naga Chaitanya.

Post a brief hiatus, Khan will grace the silver screen later this year in RS Prasanna's directorial venture, Sitaare Zameen Par, alongside Genelia Deshmukh. The film's narrative is said to revolve around a sports coach forging a bond with a team of differently-abled children, reminiscent of the acclaimed Taare Zameen Par, which depicted the journey of a teacher and a child with learning disabilities.

The highly anticipated film is slated to release during the Christmas weekend of 2024, coinciding with Akshay Kumar's Welcome To The Jungle.
