The BJP claimed that the video, depicting Shah's purported promise to abolish reservations for SCs and STs, was fraudulent. The BJP asserted that the original footage showed Shah discussing the annulment of 'unconstitutional' Muslim reservations in Telangana. However, it was maliciously altered to falsely portray Shah's support for ending Muslim reservations during a Lok Sabha election rally.'
